Response time

Weekday enquiries before 3pm usually get a same-day visit. After 3pm we'll often still get to you that afternoon, but if our vehicles are fully booked we'll confirm a next-morning slot within two hours of your enquiry. Saturdays fill up fast, so phone early in the week if you need a weekend job. Emergencies on Sundays — no signal the night before a big match, a decoder that's lost everyone's recordings — phone the line and we'll see what we can do.
